At Carbon Works, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with every purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and uninstalled
- The item must be in original packaging
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Installed automotive parts
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Clearance or discounted items
- Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
Carbon fiber automotive parts can be damaged during installation if not handled properly. For this reason, any installed product is considered used and cannot be returned.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Carbon Works is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
